Looks and fits perfect...looks identical to the one I have carried on my shoulder for the last 8 years.The reason I bought this is because the button on my old one was getting stiff and was getting hard to tell when activated when wearing gloves (even after taking apart and cleaning it and the housing area around it)What i don't like about this is it is not as loud or clear as the one 8 years old. The sound reminds me of the the walking talkies you use to use when you were a kid that said 1 mile range on the box but really only worked for 500-600 ft with a clear line of sight....lolThis speaker sounds very static(y) and grainy compared to the old one that came with the radio...

Love it. Works exactly the way I want it! I ordered this for my work (because the company I work for, honestly, is being extremely cheap right now and refuses to keep items in stock at my place of work, especially these types of needed items for daily usage for my type of work). Right Price, right model I needed for the radio I use. Love it! Recommend this brand definitely.

Had previously ordered the Motorola PMMN4013 remote speaker microphones and after testing was unable to get them to work with the Motorola RMU series two-way radios. Even after referring to the user manual as well as watching YouTube videos on troubleshooting.Decided to return those and ordered the HKLN4606 models. Received and tested well. Perfect fit and solution.

Finally got a remote that is OEM and affordable. It works fine but has interference with other radios in close proximity during transmission. The knock offs had it too but I had hoped it wouldn't be in an OEM remote.

Solid mic. Purchased to use with a Motorola DTR700 (fits/works). Speaker output is not as loud as radio output (minus one star) which is disappointing as I utilize on a construction site where at times it can be quit loud and hard to hear even with mic clipped to my safety vest. Would recommend as it still beats having to unclip radio everytime I need to use it. Mic was packaged in plan brown box. Appears new but who knows these days. Could be a factory refurb. I'm not sure how they come packaged from Motorola.

I'm a Corporate Security and we use this aswell another one with a an ear piece jack, these mics are reliable mics for indoor and or outside from industrial to business to residential in any weather environments too. I have purchased this on a multiple occasions at various times and they continue to perform and maintain reliability...

First day in the field and this speaker microphone worked flawlessly. I used it with the Motorola RMV2080. The clarity was very clear. I couldn't be happier the way this unit works.
