Instructions are wrong. Prime button on bottom of carb until lines are full. Pull start 2 or 3 times with choke on then pull start with choke off and throttle wide open until it starts. Will not crank with choke on. It literally took me about 20 pulls to figure this out. Once starting, no issues whatsoever. Been able to crank easy every time. Definitely a satisfied customer. Fuel mixture at 30:1 ratio. Runs strong, clean and crisp at that ratio. Bought this for my granddaughter and I can't wait to see her enjoy it. Would definitely buy again.

Have a broken throttle on my daughters. Does anyone know how to get it fixed. The website that they give you on the back of the user manual just ask you for information and they give you a ticket number. Nothing happens after that.

And in this case, I’d say it’s absolutely worth every penny. Even though the pull cord pulled out and got jammed, maybe the 20th time ever pulling the cord to start it up and I had to order a replacement part that’ll get here in the morning all I know is that was over excitement on my part so user error and I’ve been able to think about nothing better than getting back on my little Pink monster again to drive it throughout the few blocks to work and have a blast. Awesome little bike highly recommend.

Easy to assemble, fun to ride, only issue is that it’s a pain to start cold and requires several pulls and priming

I was amazed with how fast this little thing came in. I ordered it friday, and received it the following wednesday. Very little assembly required, and it came with a neat little tool kit. I've had the bike for about a week and all the kids love it. I weigh about 180, and it will still chug me around. Great product! Fast shipping! I'm very please!
