Waterproof
This waterproof material has a hydrostatic rating of 10,000mm. This is a measure of the water pressure a garment can withstand which indicates how water proof it is. The higher the number, the greater water pressure it can withstand.
Breathable
Breathable fabrics let moisture out quickly and efficiently. This technology means that perspiration can escape, avoiding dampness in the fabric. This makes it ideal for indoor and outdoor activities, or travel in warmer climates.
3 in 1
3-in-1 jackets are made of two separate layers; an outer waterproof shell and an inner, removable padded jacket or fleece. They can be worn in three different ways depending on the weather; a raincoat on wet days, a fleece on dry days, or together on cold and wet days. A versatile, essential jacket for unpredictable Spring and Autumnal weather, or cold and wet Winter.
Taped Seams
Taped seams provide a physical barrier that prevents water from leaking through seams, stitching or joins in the fabric, making every inch of the garment waterproof. These garments are ideal for outdoor activities in changeable or wet weather.
Adjustable Cuffs & Hood
This jacket features an adjustable hood and cuffs. This ensures a comfortable, stylish fit and helps prevent the wind from getting in.
The Difference Between Waterproof & Water Resistant Jackets
Shopping for a jacket can be confusing, with different terms and ratings used. Below is a simple guide to help you pick the perfect jacket:
Showerproof: The fabric is treated with a coating that resists water. These jackets are a great value-for-money option to keep you dry in light rain showers.
Water-Resistant: The fabric is treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating. This allows moisture to bead and roll off the surface. Ideal for light rain or limited exposure to heavier rain.
Waterproof: These fabrics can withstand heavier rainfall without letting moisture in. They will usually quote a "hydrostatic head" rating, which measures the level of waterproofness. Higher ratings (5,000mm or 10,000mm) are the most waterproof, ideal for activities in wet or changeable conditions.
Taped Seams: A physical barrier preventing water from leaking through seams, stitching or joins in the fabric, making every inch of the garment waterproof.

I ordered a little bigger size so I could layer a sweater underneath if needed. The fit is amazing, the fabrics are soft and VERY waterproof which is perfect for Central Ontario wet snowy/rain/slush. As a plus for spring and fall it will be a great rain jacket.

Fantastic quality, warm and comfortable and most importantly waterproof! No longer will my nursery runs be wet and soggy, I am now well protected, cosy and my clothes are dry when I reach my destination. The coat is good size, fits me well but leave me space to move comfortably and is quite lightweight. I like that I can take off or put back on the inner coat, love the deep pockets and the style suits my needs well. Very pleased with my purchase and would dedinitely recommend this jacket.

Sent this to my daughter the went to AK and the weather can change a lot. She loves the zip put liner to work with warm or cold weather. Very waterproof as that was what we had hoped for. Her only complaint is that the hood doesn't have a liner to be warmer in the winter.

Alright, I’ve had this for almost a month now and LOVE it! It’s super warm, waterproof and looks good. I’ve worn it in the rain for 6+ hrs and stayed dry. I’ve worn it in 10 degree weather and stayed warm.Absolutely love this jacket. I’d say it fits TTS, maybe small for some but I’m normally a juniors size S or M and was a size S in this.

It's warm, great length, tight sleeves, hoody is not deep, the pocket has a hole and the neck part is ribbed from the stitching in less than 2 WEEKS. Poorly made! Not worth the price. The seller wouldn't issue a replacement for the defective item. I would return it but the warmth and waterproof is much needed for the winter and early spring rainstorms. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Fit was as expected. I am 5'5" 145 lbs and I ordered the 8. Sleeves are pretty long, went to the end of my fingertips with hands at my side. Pockets are small and lined with a silky fabric so not warm. I could feel the wind through this jacket just in a short walk. Current temperature is 28 her in the PNW. The hood is small and wouldn't provide much rain protection for your face, does have drawstrings to cinch tight around your head.

I ordered this in a large (US14) and probably could have gotten away with a medium but I like that the sleeves are a touch long as they keep my hands warmer! I wish there was a drawstring or something in the middle to cinch it a bit and the hood material is a little on the thin side but otherwise, I love the coat. the two-way zipper is great for sitting in the car or giving a little more legroom when walking. The material on the outer coat is waterproof and having the option to remove the inner coat is nice for warmer (but still cold) days. I would have to agree with other reviewers that say the pockets are a tad too shallow as my phone barely fits.

This coat is everything I was looking for. It feels lightweight but is very warm. Everything is adjustable including the drawstrings for the hood and at the wrists. They thought of everything one would need. Pockets zip closed so nothing will fall out and there’s plenty of room in them for a phone and your hands with room to spare. The inner lining is very soft and can be removed. The main zipper zips both up and down for comfort when sitting down. Very waterproof and feels comfortable when really windy. The length falls to just above the knee. A great coat.

Love this jacket! I was contemplating getting something like a Lululemon snow warrior or the Patagonia 3-in-1, but I found this and decided to give it a shot. I’m glad I did! The length is great and the jacket is very warm. Bought it as a winter jacket for my pilot uniform. It’s very professional looking but also feminine.I got a size 6. I am 5’6” with a slim/athletic frame and 135 lbs. I probably could have gone with a 4 for a more slim fit, but the 6 is the perfect looseness to not feel constricting while moving around, or to have layers underneath.

This is an extremely well made and clever coat.I am 5'6, 36, 30.5, 38. I ended up with a US 6, which the size guide says fits 34.5, 28, 37.5. This will fit with layers when just the raincoat. Just a shirt or sweatshirt when worn with both pieces. The size 8 was too big, but if I needed to layer up while wearing both pieces I would have gotten the 8. This is a very slim tailored fit - wearing both together is snuggest at my hips when sitting.I had been looking for a new raincoat and ended up with this 3 in one. I will probably not wear the two pieces together - too warm for the bay area, but will wear them separately; the down liner is a bonus.The dark grey (really medium grey) is lovely and stylish. I also tried the Navy and it is very dark, closer to black, not as light as on the model.The comments about the pockets just fitting your hands are true; a little larger would have been nice. The hood fits great. Mountain Warehouse has really put a lot of thought into this coat and it is really well made!
