I ordered this jacket after ordering the same brand for my boys. It’s lightweight, but warm. I live on the Oregon coast and often wear hoodies or sweaters to work. I try to keep a walking routine during the winter months during breaks at work, but hate coming back soaked with rain or sweaty if I have too heavy of a coat. This is perfect for keeping me dry and defending against the wind without me feeling too warm. I also got compliments on the purple color. I will be ordering another one (probably black).

This is a good buy for the price. I was looking for a packable rain jacket to bring to a concert and most of them were $50. I went up a size from my usual size because I don’t like jackets too tight and was glad I sized up. This jacket actually fits back into its carry bag and would even stuff into a purse or backpack without its bag if rolled up tight. The packability was my main reason for purchasing. Good for light/medium rain. Also it is the type of raincoat with no ventilation as others have mentioned.

Perfect fit, perfect colour. I don’t feel drab when I wear it. It’s light and comfortable. 4 large pockets (Inside and out) for when you don’t want to drag a bag through the rain, I never do. Hood folds away neatly into collar and the bag is perfect for storing away, perfect buy, would recommend. I’m a size 10-12. I got the 12 and I have room to move

Really nice looking coat and folds easily away in the bag it comes with. Bought size 6 fits big on my 11year old which is what I wanted. I have bought a different style mountain warehouse coat before and love it still. I got this because it’s small and fits in her school bag . I will update in couple of weeks

I like to wear a sweatshirt or something heavy underneath my rain coat sometimes so I bought a large thinking it would give me more room than a medium. Although that is true with this coat, I could probably wear 3 layers and still be comfortable. Not to take away from the jacket - great color, not too boxy, and comes in a small bag that you can reuse. I am 5' 10" and 190lbs and have plenty of room in the jacket.

I bought a winter coat from them about 3 years ago and absolutely love it. It is long and very resistant to the wet and cold. I bought this jacket in hopes it would be just as good with the weather. I have worn it out in steady rain, just like my first jacket, and come back in wet, not like my first jacket. I think I read in the comments somewhere that they described it as resistant and not water proof, which I total agree. I will more than likely buy another jacket from them down the road but I am disappointed with this one.

I ordered the blue color and it turns to be darker than in the picture but apart from that it is great product. Waterproof as promised and plenty of pockets to put in my stuff, can easily fit outside my shirts and even thin coats, keep me warm and dry

Not only does it fit well on a bigger girl and keep the rain out, but it is also long enough in the back to cover my small hiking backpack as well to keep it dry! The inner pockets come in handy too. Great pricing for a really nice jacket. Have tested it hiking cross town in standard pittburgh downpour. Love that it bags up nice and small for festivals and camping.

It appears to have been on the shelf in direct sunlight too long as it is dark purple/blue in some spots and a reddish purple in other spots. In addition, it is NOT water proof. The whole purpose of the jacket was so I could run in the rain or attend sporting events and stay dry. I am less wet but by no means dry. I have worn it twice and both times I got soaked.

Fits as expected. Nice colorful jacket. The interior seems some kind of plastic, outside is an impermeable material. Has some seems that are fluorescent, I am guessing to be seen at night. Very nice, fits perfectly and don't feel like I'm cooking myself in it. It is not cool, but not hot either... Remember it's impermeable, so you can expect an enclosed feeling on your body when you have it on.

I went off the chart Amazon provided. It was inaccurate for my sizing. I returned the 4 for a 2. The 2 fits much better for a petite woman of 34" chest, 27" waist, and 36" hips. I have not tested the rain suit yet. I purchased based on other reviews about using this in Iceland (also the reason I'm purchasing) and later for use as backpacking and motorcycle gear. I will report back once I have an option on it's ability to keep dry. I like that the hood is adjustable. My other rain jacket goes so far over my face I can't see and have to hold it in place. I also like the color of purple. It looks fairly accurate to the picture.Update: I wore the jacket and stayed dry during my use of it. I was getting misted by waterfalls. I like the hood and the ability to set how it sits. I often get annoyed at jackets that keep falling over my eyes. My hands end up getting cold and wet if I have to hold my hood up the whole time. Great design.
