These insoles ;as well as their other versions)are absolutely amazing! I own every single version and they all are perfect for what I need. It literally feels like you are walking on a cloud when you put these into your shoe. They are a total difference maker, especially when you are wearing flat shoes like Nike Air Force One or Nike Dunks or Stan Smith or quite frankly any retro sneakers. Those were not built with comfort as a focus and when you use these insoles, it is a complete game changer. These are very versatile and an excellent value!

They add just the right amount of support without feeling bulky, and my feet don't ache even after a long day of walking. Super lightweight, and they fit easily into different shoes.

Not thin at all. Thicker than the Nike insole I removed. Seem good enough in other shoes though.

Wanted to like these because there’s a lot of good reviews for Move insoles online and I wanted a more low profile insole. But these insoles have two issues:1. Too narrow (I can feel my foot going over the side of the insoles in sports shoes). They’re about the same width as Nike stock sneaker insoles. But if they’re supposed to be insoles for sports, they should be a little wider so there’s no gap between the side of the shoe and the insole.2. The edges are sharper/rougher than typical insoles. Not sure if I got a defective pair but the insole rough edge cut the side of my 2nd last toe from playing basketball..

These insoles add much needed comfort to retro sneakers. It's like these insoles were made for retro Jordans/Nikes, but I've used them in retro Adidas and Reebok shoes as well. Very comfortable and durable. Might be considered a little pricey, but they are worth it.

First of all, these insoles are very comfortable. Completely overpriced for what they are, but comfortable all the same. The problem is that they are impossible to keep in place once you put them in the shoes, which is because they made the insoles too narrow. Other Move insoles don't have this issue at all, and because of the arch plate and overall construction of the insole, this issue never occurs. But I've played basketball with these in two pairs of shoes, and in both the insole moves and suddenly you land in a place where there isn't any cushion. Let me tell you, it doesn't feel great when that happens.

These shoe soles fit my Adidas Swift Runs perfectly using the appropriate size range. I wear size 11.5 and the 11-11.5 option fits without any moving or bunching. They are definitely more comfortable than my original soles, so I am happy I swapped them. I would not say they are extremely comfortable though, and I would not recommend swapping if your soles are already above a certain level of comfort. My Adidas Ultraboosts for example are already very comfortable, and I think swapping to these soles would be a downgrade, so use judgment. The soles are a bit too colorful for my taste, kind of wish they were just a plain, neutral color, but nobody really sees them I guess.

The Move Baseline insoles are a game-changer for anyone seeking premium comfort, responsiveness, and shock absorption without sacrificing freedom of movement. Designed with versatility in mind, these insoles are ideal for everything from game days to all-day wear. What sets the Baseline insoles apart is their neutral support profile, making them a great choice for those who prefer a more natural feel and maximum flexibility. The lack of overly prescriptive support allows for greater freedom of movement, which I found perfect for both athletic and casual use.The standout feature is the MoveX Foam. It delivers exceptional shock absorption, reducing fatigue even during extended wear. The energy return is noticeable, providing a springy, responsive feel that enhances performance. Additionally, the foam's durability and plush comfort ensure the insoles won’t lose their shape or cushioning over time, a major plus for those who rely on consistent support. The low-profile design is another highlight. Unlike bulky alternatives, these insoles fit seamlessly into sneakers without compromising fit or adding unnecessary bulk. The zero-drop feature is perfect for anyone who values a neutral stance and closer connection to the ground, whether for improved balance during workouts or a more natural stride in everyday activities.Overall, the Move Baseline insoles are an outstanding choice for individuals seeking lightweight, high-performance insoles with long-lasting comfort and flexibility. They deliver all the benefits you’d expect from a premium insole while staying true to a minimalist and natural feel. Highly recommended!

I have plantar fasciitis (but don't play sports) but do walk a lot. I purchased a sound pair of running shoes and quickly took out the insole noticing that it had absolutely nothing to offer. Side by side - these insoles at first glance are more obviously structured. After replacing them and walking all day in them, not only did they feel much different, I *NEVER* once had the typical pain during or long after walking in these soles. Up till now I would usually double up on cheap soles and try many different things - but I do believe I have found my cure for at least my walking/running & daily use tie up shoe going forward. I can honestly understand why the game players take them out and keep them before gifting their shoes to others! Definitely worth the cost of the insole! I LOVE them.
