Bypass Adapters that fit your OEM connection
Fits most 1997-2012 GM and Ford vehicles out-of-the-box. Please check your vehicle’s connector clip before purchasing. A universal adapter can be purchased for the cases where the clip connector is different from the connector on your vehicle.

Verifying Plug & Play compatibility of our electronic strut bypass kit with your 1997-2012 vehicle
This kit is plug & play compatible with most 1997-2012 (for newer vehicles check our other Amazon listing) Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet, or Ford. To check compatibility before ordering, jack up your car, pull off the wheel and set it aside. Check your original, active, electronic strut's electronic connection. For a direct-fit, plug & play compatibility the connector should look like the connector on our electronic strut bypass module. If it looks different you will need to purchase a separate, inexpensive universal adapter (see our other listings). Also, please note, if you have another 3-pin connector on your vehicle (mostly SUVs) for adjustable ride height you will need a separate bypass designed for bypassing the adjustable ride height sensors to eliminate all of your dash error lights. Ask us about it, we are here to help!
Connecting the electronic strut bypass module
The original mag shocks have a wire coming off. This male part of the clip is what we will insert our strut bypass kit on. On most vehicles, simply plug the male connector from the vehicle into the female connector of the bypass unit.
Securing the electronic strut bypass module to your vehicle
Your bypass unit will be hanging, and it needs to be secured to the chassis. A good location for this is the factory wiring harness. It’s already secured to the frame of your car via this clip right here. The best location will vary based on your vehicle, just find somewhere secure to zip tie the bypass in place.

I used these for my 2006 Cadillac DTS Performance. For the rear shocks it was a simple plug in to the original connector. No Cutting was required. I also used these for the front shocks but those did require me to cut the wire and splice them in. I had to buy an adaptor to plug into it and then had to cut the old wires and spice it in. The adaptor I got was for 10 pcs for about 11.00. I bought 10 because they also sell 2 for 18.00. Here is a link to the adaptor. After trying some other kits, that all burned up. Talked to M&P and he was very confident his would not have that problem. Parts are much higher watt capacity than other kits, and he was right. The plugs fit perfectly on my fronts and needed very minor mod for the rears. See my pics. GM uses a lil different plugs in different models so not a big deal at all. Or you could just order his custom pigtail adapters. Well made and easy to install. I did overkill and taped everything up as well as zip tied. These resistors FIXED the service ride control message, and 80mph limit message. Note, for this car you need the full kits, resistors for struts AND resistors for the ride height sensors. M&P was easy to communicate with and made sure i had what I needed. Great kits and great support. 2007 Cadillac XLR

I would have loved for this to have been a plug and play solution for my suspension error issues. My mechanic failed to check if this would have fit first, and I had to return My 2002 Caddilac Seville STS (with Magnaride) has a different connection type. USE CAUTION when ordering. This company does mention this will work with MOST magnaride suspensions BUT NOT ALL. They also offer an additional kit for you to convert your particular connector to work with this delete kit, but I cannot install it. I am disabled. Also, my mechanic doesn't want to mess with the wiring to make this solution work. AGAIN, I would have loved it. My return was not the fault of the company. They sent the item fast and included all the "stuff" mentioned in the listing.

Super easy installation and my service suspension message disappeared as soon as I clipped these bad boys in on my Cadillac DTS. Support from seller was amazing. I had a few questions after installation and I reached out to the seller via Facebook and they replied and answered all my questions in great detail.

Cleared "Service Suspension" message and 80 MPH speed restriction.I replaced my front Magneride Suspension and rear air suspension with passive struts, requiring a bypass of the sensors.I ordered two sets of these and one set of the universal pigtail adapters. (Mentioned in the sellers product description).The rear suspension sensors are "plug and play" and no crimping or cutting is required.The front suspension sensors on my vehicle required me ordering the pigtails, as the front sensor is not a direct fit. Easy enough. I spliced the adapters in with no issue.I reached out to the seller with a couple of questions before ordering a second set of these sensors and spoke with Adam. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any Amazon seller. If you order this product and have any questions about installation or fitment, these folks go out of their way to help resolve any problems.

These are exact fit for front struts on 05 corvette. However to work with the rears you have to cut the piece of plastic from the middle of the inside of the plug. Very easy to do and work flawlessly after. EVERY OTHER COMPANY WANTS 3-400 DOLLARS. Be smart buy these

The item advertised looks nothing like the item I received. I believe this item is way over priced! I only purchased this because it looked like a small plastic connector type plug, something like a usb size connection and I thought it would like nice and clean under the hood of a Cadillac. This item in my photograph looks just like one of those cheap resistors you can pick up on eBay for a few dollars and it’s wrapped with shrink wrap to make it look clean but the truth is that it looks homemade. If I would’ve known it wasn’t going to look like the picture I would’ve just made this myself and saved some money. The connection is not even the same as Cadillac, I ended up having to order the adaptor and I still had to splice the wires. So this was not plug and play for a 2010 Escalade and unfortunately I have to cut the wires on the vehicle which I was trying to avoid and was basically the purpose of buying this kit. I was looking for a clean quality oem looking plug and play kit, this is not it. I do not recommend this product.
