I bought this for my son for his birthday. It was supposed to be a pretty quick easy install. I have installed remote starts before and I have installed many car stereos and the like. The directions were straight up wrong for his 2014 Focus. The instructions contradicted tags that were on the wires about which wires to cut, and didn't address at all a couple plugs on the harness. Eventually we felt that we had everything correct, but the lights on the module would not blink in the correct sequence to program the thing. Since there is no way to actually contact customer service (FYI, the phone number that is listed just goes to someone who can fill out the online form for support for you) we filled out the online form for support, then got a message back saying that the instructions are wrong about what the lights should do, so we should just continue with the programming sequence. Once we did this, it did work. So other than taking several more hours than it should have, we did finally make it work.

Quick messages from seller, instructions were easy to read.Took me almost exactly one hour to install (that includes me not reading the instructions all the way before starting pairing and having to start over again, see next paragraph).My only suggestion to buyers is to read the 2 pages for pairing with your car and the keys, I had to start over because I didn't get to the next step fast enough. My fault, not the seller's.The instructions did not include the correct lock/unlock wires for my vehicle(the wires could have been right, but the bcm was not where the instructions said), so I left that alone since we have the factory key with built in fob for that. So that wasn't a big deal for me, and barely worth mentioning.I would like to see the park lights illuminate when the car is running during the day. Waiting on a reply about that. Even if I have to buy another module, it would be worth it.
