Took an hour and a half to install from starting panel takeoff to having system tested and closed to.I spent about an hour looking at the parts and youtube videos before starting (2.5 hours all in).I have never installed a remote start system before.It is about as plug and play as it could be.I did not install any accessories.I could install it in less than an hour all in now.Works as advertised. I am happy with the product.

There are quite a few negative reviews about the installation. If you are fairly handy and have decent reading comprehension, this install is a piece of cake. The most difficult part was the wiring management so all panels would seat properly. Beyond that great bang for your buck.

Once finished, I realized how easy it actually was. The instructions as they related to the parts in the kit were straight forward. The difficulty came in understanding the corresponding locations of the items under the dash and what they looked like. There are a lot of wires, clips and connections under the dash that only made sense where to find them once you understood the instructions. Again, just take your time and read the instructions 3 times. Also, use the MPS tech support as often as you need to. They were very helpful.

Very easy to install in my 2011 Sienna. Remote start would set off alarm due to the fact that I forgot to splice into the alarm wire. After 1 1/2 months it does what it's supposed to do.

Product works as it should, but wow are these instructions bad. They say they have detailed instructions but they missed about half the connections and didn’t give much help on locations of connections. Overall it’s a decent product, however, installation is very hard and is overall a very easy job to do had the instructions been done right and complete. Probably could have been done in less than an hour.

I was able to put this in, in about 2-2.5 hrs with some help from a youtube video that installed a similar harness. These instructions are pretty bad. they don't explain that you have to Tap into a couple wires or what tapping a wire looks like, although it did come with the equipment to do that, but it did work. There's no step by step for the harness install itself, just a diagram. Anyway Youtube is a required tool in combination with this.Note: for someone who's messed around with car electronics before this might be a breeze.

Easy to install. BUT. You'll need electrical connects. Not all included lol. And mechanical ability. Level medium. Get back-probes for multimeter. Wiring plugs tiny. Installed in 2014 sienna.
