Why should install this Auto Start Stop Eliminator device?

Easy installation:
The installation location is next to the hood lock, when the engine is turned off, open the hood and find the plug that looks like the product in the wiring harness in the front of the engine compartment, unplug it, connect the product, cover the hood, drive and test, step on the brakes and do not turn off, indicating that the installation is successful.

I bought this for my wife’s car (2018 Malibu LT) which has the eco start/stop. Definitely will put more life into your starter and other components. Super easy install and all problems go away.

After reading all the reviews it was a chance if it didnt work then so be it for such a little cost to disable auto start stop which burns out your starter yea it might save you gas but it doesnt save u if your vehicle doesnt restart.. installed this bypass 5 mins and let siting for 5 mins and bang ever works no issues. So get this product well worth the money..

Easy to install, doesn't leave a check engine light, and car works great. Don't need to feather the break no more to keep auto stop from engaging when I don't need it. Worth the $8-9 I spent on it.

It wasn't listed but it does indeed work on a 2018 terrain, the function started to act up and worry me since my wife drives it alot daily. Even the screens were acting up. Took 10 seconds to plug this in under the hood and it's been great since, no issues at all!

This module has made my car run like new. The transmission feels more responsive on low speeds, stop and go traffic. The gas peddle feels much more connected to the car. All around positives everywhere. The car literally feels brand new, even on startup its much smoother and way quicker.

This item set the error code for hood latch no different than if you unplug your connector. Why buy this thing if it does the same job as unplugging your connector?

This thing is amazing!! I saw some for $150+ and had to do my research bc I didn’t want to pay that. Start/stop in my 2016 Chevy Malibu made my car cut off in traffic.. even worse, Chevy dealership couldn’t find the problem once the car finally cut on. I unplugged the start/stock system to avoid it cutting off again, but It made my check engine light come on. I got this to make the check engine light go off & it works! The check engine light went off & the start/stop doesn’t work!

i spent way too long looking for where this thing plugs into. come to find out it plugs into the hood latch sensor. mine was covered by a plastic cover so i couldnt see it till i started taking things apart. but find the hood latch under the hood then follow the wires.other than that it works great and disables the auto off every time you start the car

It took less than 5 minutes to install. So far works great. So nice that the engine doesn’t stop 50 times in bumper to bumper traffic. I sure it will add years to the life of the starter, plugs, and engine oil.

Great product and easy to install. This stops the auto engine cut off at stop signs which I do not like. Our 2018 Buick Enclave did not have a disable switch for that so called feature. I can't imagine that turning the engine off each time I stop is good for the engine, starter or battery. Glad this plug in wiring works so well.
