1000 times better than cardboard factory boxs . Easy in and out of leather shell holder . No garbage to fill cans at range . To solve the lid problem just buy a bag of #64 3 1/4 x 1/4 rubber bands at the dollar store . Problem solved . Also the shell packers slide right in no catching on the edges like factory boxs . These are great shell boxs .

I have an Allen Eliminator shell pouch for shooting trapThe pouch is pretty tight even with standard stock cardboard shell boxes so I was worried these reload plastic boxes wouldn’t fitNope. Fits like a glove.Only complaint would be that the lids pop off a little too easily so during transport I always have a rubber band around the lid.I’m guessing for how low profile the plastic is, it’d be hard to mold a detent to make sure the lids are secureThat being said, the plastic thickness is good. I’m not worried about the boxes cracking or breaking easilyGreat reload boxes! Especially if you’re shooting trap/skeet/sporting clays

25, 2 3/4", reloaded, 12 ga shotgun shells fit perfectly in these boxes. Like other reviews mentioned, the lids do not stay on that well, but a rubber band should help. Minus 1 star for that. I carry my shotgun shell boxes in an ammo case for shotgun shells. Sold at a very reasonable price.

Fits federal slugs, a little tight on winchester slugs. I had to tape the lids on, they're pretty loose.

These are great, the lids can fall off, but this is easily fixed with a piece of tape, or a rubber band. The rounded corners make inserting into shell pouches easy. They stack nicely, and don't fall apart like cardboard boxes. They are also inexpensive enough that you won't cry if you break, loose or give one away. Great value for the money.

I use these boxes for my trap loads. I like to use a belt with a shell box pouch and a spent hull mesh bag on it for trap. My shell box pouches are a really snug fit for box of shells. Getting a factory box inserted while holding the flaps folded back and with the sharp, square corners on the box is a pain. These boxes, with their removable top and rounded corners are just the ticket, they slide right in.I do agree with others that the tops pop off too easily at times. For my purposes though, having an attached , hinged lid would defeat the point of using them in my pouches, as they wouldn't fit. To overcome the lid problem, I just bought a box of large rubber bands and slip one around the box as soon as I am done inserting my reloads. While this is a tad more trouble, these boxes sure beat having to struggle to slide a factory box in my belt, or worse yet, needing to dump the rounds in loose because the box has an attached lid.

This holds all our ammo neatly. Easy to organize and easy to find what we are looking for, lol. No more ice cream buckets to hold shells.

The boxs are fine. Simple molded plastic at the right size but three things I noticed I did not like. The lids do not snap on and the instant you turn the boxes the shells fall out. They are also fairly snug so no slugs or roll crimps will fit in these. Cherry on the top? A standard cardboard box does not fit inside the box to transfer into nor does the MEC stacker make it inside. You'll need to place them one by one inside. Fairly disappointed in a good idea half well executed.

Perfect. Lids don’t look like they’d stay on well but they do! Well! All 2 3/4 shells fit. Clear to see contents.

Como lo mencionan caben 25 shells 12 ga. su cierre no es el mejor ni hermético ya que si se llega a caer la caja se abrirá pero permite organizar perfectamente, cumplen con la función a un excelente precio si lo comparamos con otras marcas. definitivamente compraré más de estas
