I love making cheesecake, but I used to dread the water bath step, because I hated wrapping my pan in foil and was always afraid that water would seep inside. With this silicone protector, I don't need to worry about that at all! The pans are sturdy and well-made. This seems like a really good value, to get 2 springform pans as well as the silicone protector. It also came with several parchment paper rounds for lining the bottom of the 9 inch pan. I'm really happy with this product!

This is great for cakes! If you're making one small or large round cake, you can baked then cut off the top perfectly flat once it rises. It even comes with some parchment circles to keep everything from sticking.I use the 9 springform for cheesecake, birthday cake, and even a personal deep dish pizza. Generally it's pretty good about not sticking. However, I recommend using crisco, butter, or nonstick spray as a precaution.

I love these baking pans. they bake evenly and are super easy to take the cake out. The silicone 'boot' is a nice touch. I still recommend you putting some wax parchment paper on the bottom; easy cleanup and mess free. I would recommend

This is a 9-in springform pan made from stainless steel. It comes with a silicone protector. We got this so that we can make homemade cheesecakes. We love cheesecake but it is so expensive, so we thought we would learn to make it. This cheesecake pan is a good heavy duty metal, and the clamp works great! I like the high quality of this cheesecake pan!
