It is not all stainless steel. The unit is 2 months old and rusting. The concept is great. Wrong materials used. If all stainless steel, the product would have gotten 5 stars. Works very well.

I buy most cheeses in blocks and cut the blocks into slices as needed. I especially like very thin slices of cheese for sandwiches and burgers, because they melt more easily. Wire slicers can't produce thin, uniform slices. This blade slicer can. It can also slice other items like spam and sausage. The slicer might be a bit pricey, but it works, and I like it!

Loved that the cuts were all the same and you can adjust the size of the cuts. Great in quality and easy to use. Have used on cucumber and cheese so far, but will definitely be using a lot.

Slices cheese well. Blade is very sharp. Adjustable stop could be better. Makes cutting cheese fast, easy and consistent.

I absolutely love this multipurpose cutter. It works especially well for cutting cheese. The adjustable dial is an amazing feature. I can easily choose the exact thickness I want, whether it's for cheese, sausages, or even cucumbers. The sharp stainless steel blades slice through everything effortlessly, and I love that I never have to worry about replacing the blades. This cutter has made Hors D'oeuvre preparation super easy. It's great for when I have parties. I can prepare Hors D'oeuvre from scratch instead of buying them premade from the grocery store. The extended handle is super easy to grip and really helps reduce hand strain. The suction cup keeps it securely in place on my counter, and the safety lock gives me peace of mind when storing it so that my kids won't try to play with it and accidentally hurt themselves. Cleaning this cutter is a breeze since it’s dishwasher-safe, and it doesn’t take up much space in my kitchen. This is ana mazing must-have kitchen tool. The precision in slicing food is unbeatable.

I have broken quite a few cheese slicers with handles, so I needed something that was more sturdy. This slicer is perfect for me. The blade is nice and heavy and slicer itself looks like something found in a deli. I can slice so many things with this besides cheese, so I am happy this is versatile - I hate gadgets that only have one use. This will be great for making meat and cheese platters or charcuterie boards this holiday season.
