This gets 5* because the stunning white pearl 8-hole pickguard has totally transformed the look of my Telecaster and made it look amazing. The fit was darn-near perfect for my beautiful Chinese made Tele, and only took an hour of minimal filing using fine straight and half-round files, plus a couple of fresh drill holes to get it fitted. Which I enjoyed doing. Only if you're doing it yourself, just file gently and do a tiny bit at a time. Then "hey-presto..done!".I would 100% recommend these pickguards from Musiclily, the quality is outstanding and definitely worth doing he upgrade.

Fit my 2012 MIJ Tele very well and looks great. A lot better than the standard white.

The color on the vintage tortoise shell pickguard looked great, but the cutouts for the neck and the controls, as well as some of the screw holes, did not fit my Fender MIJ TL-62. If one hole or one cutout had been off, I may have kept and modified it, but there were more problems than I wanted to address. I was very disappointed after believing I’d finally found the correct guard for my MIJ Fender Tele.

Nice fitment, and good quality. My only issue was that there were no holes for adjustment screws for the neck pickup, though maybe that's intentional , in case the location varies among guitars. Easy fix with a 1/8 in drill bit. Also these coke with a new set of screws for the pickguard, which many do not. Overall satisfied!

Beautiful tortoise shell pickguard and it was a perfect fit for my Crafted In Japan TL-62B Telecaster.

without having to drill new holes.. USA, MIM or MIJ.. Holes do not line up. I lightly relicd it to match the age of one of my Tele. Would not fit ANY of my teles without having to drill new holes.. Not drilling into a vintage $1500+ guitar for a pickguard. Great color, but not good

It fit my CIJ 62 reissue tele perfectly. Important to note, there are 2 plastic coatings on the surface that need to be ripped off. Underneath is a high quality smooth plastic. Mint green is a nice color.

Buen producto.

I could not find a stylish pick guard to replace the old scratched guard on my 1984 MIJ Squire . I found this Musically Pro Black Pearl guard on Amazon. I expected that some new hole drilling would be needed as the Japan-made Fenders used metric measurements. No drilling was needed. My luthier just sanded off about 1/16 of an inch around the neck opening and in fit quite well. I own 5 Tele or Tele style guitars. This new addition to the "herd" now looks as good as the rest. Good quality pick guard and it looks great. Great price, quality item and fast shipping. What's not to like. Highly recommend.
