The concept of the design is great but the item isn't producing. The price is too high. When opening it looks like an elaborate tin can with elaborate designs. The designs are great but I'm not getting the effect as described in description or reviews. Will be returning. I don't mind the price if it was hyped up as described. Charged in sun all day. Still not bright. Maybe I received a defective item.

This is an amazing gift the design shows up great. I bought this for my best friend because we have seen big lanterns like this at the zoo and we fell in love. It charged so great in just a little sun light. If you are thinking about getting this I would not hesitate.

I wanted something unique and charming to decorate my garden, and this lantern looked perfect. The bird design is adorable, and the fact that it’s solar-powered made it an easy choice. During the day, the solar panel charges, and at night, the LED lights come on automatically. I love the warm, soft light and the bird silhouette it casts on my patio.
