FYI, the price went up for a similar product. I can't tell if I can use cheaper generic replacement filters. This one still works well with the original filter. It's sturdy and solid, heavy when full.

I purchased two of these Nov 2024 and it is now Feb 2025. I keep one in my fridge and one on the counter for my coffee pot and ice maker. These both have been fantastic!!! I have recommended to both friends and family. The quality is great the filtration is top notch!! The water tastes amazing and I actually have to clean my ice machine less frequently than I did using bottled water!! I cannot comment on their customer service as I received everything perfectly in the package when delivered. I have looked up cost of replacement filters and they don’t seem out of line to me to considering how long they last and how well they do. I genuinely recommend this water pitcher. (Yes I drank/used my water straight from the faucet prior to using the pitchers)

This is a very nice pitcher that holds a good amount of drinking water and is easy to use, fill and replace the filters. The water tastes great too!

I am so happy with this pitcher! It works as well as my old Britta pitcher and looks so much better! And at a fraction of the cost! It is very well-made and very attractive. I am not embarrassed to leave it by my sink or in the fridge. I highly recommend it and will buy it again.

I bought 2. One for me and one for a Christmas gift 🎁 and I was almost tempted to keep both when I saw the quality of it. 🤫😉 The filter was faster than my other pitcher which took forever to fill. This one filtered it quickly. I'd say it's between a small to midsized pitcher. I drink 8 glasses of 8oz. water a day (64 oz)and I'd guess this pitcher is around 4 L.( 135 ozs./ About twice the amount I usually drink in a day.) So I'll be refilling it around 2 to 3 times a week. Any bigger and it wouldn't fit in my refrigerator and it would be too heavy to lift. So I'm happy with the size. The handle looks strong and no leaks. I have a feeling based on my daily water consumption that I'll be replacing the filter every 3 months give or take. It filters out all the things I need it to filter. Great price, delivered quickly.

I love this product. It function well. I like the taste of the water. It’s not that fast to filter but it’s good enough. The only reason why I gave 4 stars it’s because I didn’t find this place to reset the filter counting. Maybe I didn’t understand the set up guide but I think I just didn’t receive it.

We used alot of water in our home about 10 gallons a week easy and that's for drinking, cooking, pets and lots of ice. I bought this one on a whim and I could not be happier. It doesn't filter lighting fast but fast enough for me, I just fill gallon jugs and enjoy. The water taste great. One of my ferrets is very picky about her drinking water and even the water we mix her food with and she hasn't had a single issue. Highly recommend

I would give this 5 stars, however the lid is easy to break. It works great on our water. We have really hard water. Our biggest problem is limescale. It takes it out.
