A couple of weeks ago we got a heavy snow, then an inch of ice, and more snow. I was in a hurry (upcoming flight) and made the mistake of tapping the ice on my hood and also because my door was frozen over, I tapped it was too hard cause several scratches. I read the reviews and several said this by product did not work. All, I can say is you are incorrect. Maybe you did not use it as directed or put enough elbow grease behind it, but all my scratches are GONE! It was not really that hard to do. Highly recommend!
