NARA AIR-DRY CLAY Flexible & Transparent 250g

AIR-DRY CLAY Flexible & Transparent is water based, air-drying modelling material that dries

translucent, can bend and twist completely without breaking or shattering as it has high flexibility and high elasticity.

It can also be pulled into thin petal-like shapes making it perfect for making flowers, as the stems and petals will bend freely without breaking after it has completely dried.

Oil based colors and inks can also be mixed in while working with the clay. After leaving it to dry completelyfor 24-48 hours, acrylic or poster paints can be applied.

  • When clay starts to dry, a drop of water or baby oil can be applied in order to make it soft.
  • After drying out completely, the final product will be smooth. No sandpaper is needed.
  • When kneading or using the tool, it's recommended using baby oil or oil barm so the clay will not get sticky and easy to shape.
  • Its shelf life is more than 1 year.

It is great air dry clay clay but it take around 2 days to dry. But overall great product!

This clay have very high fidelity, but the smell is just nasty.The clay is largely smooth, but is easy to mess up if your hands are at all wet or if you dont have something to scrape excess clay off your hands with.When first opening the clay, make sure you are wearing short sleeves and have a bag handy to put the unused clay into, as it can dry pretty quickly depending on thickness and ambient room temperatures.Solid clay after it dries completely, but that can take upwards of 72 hours.And again, it just smells bad.

I am pleased with this clay. I caused a small break on my favorite pottery jar. I am so pleased to have this clay. The color is close. It molded perfectly. All I have to do is use touch up paint.
