Extremely easy to install. A couple notes for DIYers...it does not come with O-rings so keep the ones from the old one. It would be great to have new O-rings shipped with the product. Also, after shutting off water and draining residual water, there will still be water that comes out when replacing this part. Have a towel handy. Overall, 5 stars!

Ordered this water adjuster valve after local navien tech couldn't even get it from Navien for 2 weeks (on prime it came in 2 days). Had to swap this part, after swapping the check valve did not solve loss of hot water. Tech assumed loss of hot water was water being lukewarm (so mix issue) but my problem was flow going down to zero with no error codes (so adjuster valve closing). This was causing external recirculation pump to squeal (no flow) and at the sink I'd get a trickle. If I turned the unit off, flow would resume but it would be cold after my external recirc reserve ran out (lol acted like an old school water heater). I was worried it might also be the flow sensor, when I figured out I could trick the heater into working if I shut it off, turned it back on and then opened one faucet at 0.5 gpm in basement near the heater; then I was able to get the shower upstairs to work on tandem. I ordered one of those too, as you can't tell unless you replace the parts but still hoped this one would work.I got the water adjuster valve, unplugged the unit, drained the unit via the valves underneath (look on YouTube). Removed the 2 clips holding the old water adjuster valve and pulled off the plug from the board. It's handy to have a towel as there was still a little water in the part. It was a little fiddly to pull it out but not super hard unless u have large hands. Then as others have said, took the 2 washers from the old part and put them in the new one. Put the new part back in the same way and put the clips over the ends, so it is held in place on the pipes. Then pluggwd the board back in. Turned the water and heater back on and hoped for the best. And so far it seems to have worked. It took a minute to recollect the water for heat but it seems to returned full pressure hot water to the house. Hope it helps you too! Btw the part is labeled Navien and seems OEM.

This valve is an OEM repair part for a Navien tankless water heater. As it is a genuine part, it fit and works perfectly.

No issues whatsoever. Old one sprung a leak, pulled it out (2 clips) moved the washers to the new one and reinstalled. Easy.

The bypass/water volume control valve (Part # 2060263) on my Quietside S-line (ODW-180A) failed and parts are not available anymore. The unit gave no error messages, but only tepid warm water. It is not a direct fit as the black valve bodies are different, but the white controller is the same and can be swapped easily (2 Phillips screws). The wire harness fits with no issues. It did not solve all my issues; I also had to clean the little turbine wheel inside the flow sensor. My water heater is happy again and so are we.
