Works great as an adapter to my smaller generator. My generator vibrates like sorority house and the plug falls out from Time to time

Plugged it in and power doesn’t make it to the other side of the adapter. Multimeter gets no reading. I expect it was wired to the incorrect pins but it is all sealed plastic so I can’t repair it or make it useable.
