Product was missing tools that suppose to come with power supply. Power supply has rusted or dirty connector. It do not power up the xbox when installed.

I took a chance with this to fix my Xbox that won’t turn on and it worked! The hardest part is disassembling the Xbox casing but this is easy to install after. It came sealed in a box and looked new. Also came with the tools to remove the Xbox case

Hello, the product came in semi good condition and did show issues as I found pry marks around the edges but I did work with no issues, I found that I did not need the product as it was a faulty ssd as found by reseting the console after swap in the power supply back to the old one, thank you for your time, will send back for refund to get an replacement ssd instead

Installation was just like the original power supply. After installing it, the Xbox One S booted right up. The power supply comes with all the tools needed. Great value for the money. More cost effective than buying a new console.

Working great so far. My tip would be to first test the power supply you already have to make sure that’s the issue, very easy to test yourself. There’s plenty of YouTube videos with the how to and all you’ll need is a multimeter which is very cheap to get(mines was around 7$). If that is your issue then this product should fix the problem.

This was exactly as described and came fully intact and functioning. The directions along with also watching a quick video made this a very simple and fast replace job. Once the new Power Supply was installed, my xbox started right up and has been working perfectly for about 4 months so far. The price was right and I was also really happy that it came with the pry tool to take apart the outer housing. All connections were solid and I have no worries this will perform for some time.
