My lawn tractor was incredibly hard to start. Had to jump with a 50 amp charger and sometimes it would work. I bench tested the old starter and it seemed fine until I set it upright.Out of frustration, I bought this new starter and, problem solved!Make sure to check the number of teeth on your old starter.
