Purchase for my jet ski. It holds solid even when it’s windy. Good product.

Complete set, priced right. 5 lb works great for most days, but under very windy conditions it is very easy to replace the 5lb with a 10lb. Bought it for my daughter and she loves it.

I purchased the 10# version for a 14' inflatable dinghy that mostly sees freshwater use in the local rivers. For that, it's fantastic. No sharp edges to worry about in your inflatable and it won't snag too aggressively on the muddy bottoms of slow rivers and lakes. The finish is well applied and durable, the rope, carabiner and shackle are all top quality and its compact size means it doesn't take up a ton of space in a small craft. Pricing is very competitive, even against options lacking the backing of a company like Newport.Only downside are the knots that were used to secure the shackle and carabiner were not something I'd want to rely on. If you haven't already, look up how to tie an 'anchor hitch' for instructions for a more appropriate/secure knot to use. Otherwise, a great product that's easy to recommend.

It does hold the buoy float well. Not a heavy anchor so only for buoy or small jet ski/boat. The foam float is simple and does not look like it will hold up. Other parts look good.

The anchor was very well made with a durable, smooth coating. The anchor itself was a 5, but I downgraded it for features that I don’t plan to use. First, the shackle is well made, but the pin is secured with blue thread sealer. It should be safety wired, which is what the hole in the pin is for. Second, the knots should be untied and retied with a real anchor knots. The float is just styrafoam, and could be more durable but will probably last a while if you’re careful. I plan to consign most of this stuff to the spare parts bin and tie the anchor direct, with a ring on the other end for use with anchor trolley. Overall, I’m very pleased, and would buy again if I needed another.

Pretty cool little anchor that's quality made. Rubberized coating is nicely done, rope is nice and smooth, and pretty long. Only downside to this anchor is it's weight, it will not hold you in place in windy conditions, bit I knew that before buying it. This is a small compact little thing that's easy to handle and it is quality made. Don't forget to re-tie knots a little better, and tighten the d ring bolt if you do not want to lose it, all manufacturers tie loose knots and you'd definitely loose it because of that.

Anchors well to bottom of lakes during high winds. I keep it onboard my inflatable Intex Seahawk 4 with electric motor. I don't use this anchor often, but when it's needed, it does the job of keeping me steady and in place while fishing on windy days.
