Worked for a few minutes. Throws a code for canister purge valve. Old valve worked but was noisy. Had to reinstall old valve.

For only $10, I took a chance on this. A week and a half later, my check engine light popped back on with the same codes. I have since replaced this with a GM genuine part. Don't waste your time with this.

The purge valve light came right back on. I just purchased this and I need to replace it already. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Just get it off your local parts store or online parts store.

No identifying information printed on unit, although it otherwise looked like an exact replacement. After only one week it stuck open. Replaced it with another brand unit (with all identifying information printed on) and have had no problems since.

This product saved me $200+ dollars from getting it done at a shop or $25 from getting it from the local auto parts store. After the install you may have to clear the code manually I did. Great buy...
