So these are nice and look great however one of the screws stripped almost instantly. Was wondering how I can go about getting another screw

I don't often write reviews, let alone negative ones...These string trees are worthless.The screw heads strip with any amount of force so you will have trouble installing them in a freshly drilled hole on a new neck.Also if you plan to install them on a 60s telecaster style neck, don't bother because the screws are too long and you will have to drill straight through your headstock for them to fit. Just junk.

These are perfectly functional string trees, but the 'wings' do not have the upturned edges front and back where the string enters and exits like the originals do. These are stamped straight across.
