The fuse box adapter cables with fuse holders are good to keep around for quick circuit additions to any vehicle. Saves cutting and rerouting fused power wires. Good product that arrived on time.

Needed micro fuses as that is what my car has. Unfortunately, the dash cam I ordered had mini fuse adapter included which does not fit my car. This fixed my problem.

These worked great for adding an external 7-inch gps lcd screen into a 2003 GMC Sierra pickup. They were more sturdy than the wires I was tying into.

I really only needed a single 20A fuse tap like this for a project I was working on but could not pass up the deal on this 10 pack. The overall quality of the parts in this kit is great and I was glad to see that the fuses were included which is sometimes an extra purchase with similar items. Simplified my project and I am glad to have plenty on hand now for future projects.

The Nilight Fuse Holder Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter offers a cost-effective solution for adding additional circuits to my vehicle's fuse box. The 10-pack of mini ATM APM blade fuse holders provided ample spares for multiple installations. The installation process was relatively straightforward, and the adapters allowed me to power additional accessories in my car without the need for extensive wiring. The concept of "add-a-circuit" is practical, enabling me to piggyback on existing fuses to power my accessories, which helped keep my fuse box organized and reduced the risk of electrical issues. However, I experienced some inconsistencies in the performance of these fuse tap adapters. While some worked flawlessly, others had issues with loose connections, which resulted in intermittent power disruptions to my accessories.Additionally, the build quality of the fuse holders was average at best. The plastic housing felt somewhat cheap, and I had concerns about their long-term durability.Another drawback was the lack of clear instructions or labeling on the packaging, which made it a bit confusing to identify the correct fuse size and installation process.Furthermore, the adapters are relatively small, and the tight space in my vehicle's fuse box made it challenging to insert and remove the fuses without accidentally dislodging other connections. In conclusion, the Nilight Fuse Holder Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter offers a mixed experience with its cost-effective solution for adding additional circuits. While the installation process was relatively easy and the concept of piggybacking on existing fuses is practical, the inconsistent performance and build quality of some fuse holders are concerning. For those seeking a budget-friendly option and willing to troubleshoot and double-check connections, this 10-pack of fuse tap adapters may be worth considering. Three stars for a product with potential, but in need of improvement in quality and reliability.

They are able to add a circuit to an existing fusebox. I used 2 of them spliced to "convert" my 12 cigar lighter to "switched" vs "always on" so I don't need to remember to shut off things plugged in. I "jumped" the alway on on by pulling the fuse and inserting a spliced pair to another parallel fuse. Two things:1) the fuses it comes with are ill-formed and need a little dremel or file work to fit. Or just buy name brand fuses and throw the supplied ones. The holder itself is fine.2) you may not be able to fit the adapter in all locations of a particular fusebox and/or be able to fit an internal cover when using one. Neither of those things stopped me.

DISCLAIMER: This is purely for entertainment. This is my own review and how I installed it. DO NOT take this as advice. Could result in damage to your car, fire, self-injury or even DEATH if not installed properly. Have a qualified technician install your add-a-fuse.I bought a used set off the Warehouse and a few pieces were missing. Amazon's customer service took care of the issue immediately. Excellent CS.Very economical and for the amount you get you can use it for several projects. You will need some sort of wire crimpers and a multimeter/Power Probe.I installed a Directed Electronic DEI 504K shock sensor and pod into my factory alarm system on my car. I didn't want to splice physically into the wiring (although most alarm shops would) and damage the wire's integrity so I bought the add-a-fuse.It was fairly straightfoward. The fuse holder closest to the wire I used for the added circuit whereas the top holder closest to the legs of the add-a-fuse is for the original fuse for the car's circuit.I also checked with a multimeter or probe the flow of direction of power in the fuse box itself. Once I found which side of the fuse in the fuse box that the power originated from, I put the flat side of the tap (the side without the wire) to go in on power side. The purpose of doing this was so that the power goes through the fuse first and then to the circuit. If wired the other way, the power would flow to the circuit and bypass the fuse entirely. Not something I wanted to happen in the event of a power surge. The fuse is there for a reason.I used 2 add-a-fuses, one for constant 12 volts (keeps the sensor on when car is off) and another for accessory (turns sensor on/off depending on whether accessory is on/off). The only wire I had to splice into was the hood pin switch wiring so that the shock sensor would send the signal to that circuit, and therefore activate the factory alarm.
