The dial is not working. The temperature doesn't regulate. Once I turn it on it's always at max heat. It has become unusable. It's been 18 months only since I purchased it. Not what I was expecting since my last griddle with a different brand lasted more than a decade.

It turned out better than we expected. We have been able to cut down our breakfast cooking time by half. It’s easy to clean and heats up fast. Would recommend to everyone. It’s worth the value.

I like this product because is very handy and the heat is just perfect. I like the grease dispenser to easy clean up.My pancakes are done just right in this griddle.I recommend this product

Had to replace my original 1970's presto griddle this Christmas and tried this one. Works fantastic. All of the new ones have the drawer to catch grease and this one does ok. The old had drains at the edges and you could place the catch pan at the drains. It really worked best using heavy foil small pans to catch grease. Then all you did was let it cool and trash it. No hard washing.I do recommend this one because of the smooth surface. Works great.

I love my Mueller nonstick electric griddle! It is really easy to use, It has a temperature control with easy settings. it heats evenly throughout (i made 10 pancakes at once) and everything cooks evenly. It is non stick and so easy to clean. It has a small drawer compartment for the drippings that pulls out easily to clean. Overall, it is an amazing quality, love how evenly it heats and how easy it is to use and clean! I highly recommend!

This electric griddle has an awesome size cooking surface. You can easily make family pancakes, steak dinners, burgers, etc. Clean up was easy with no issues. Comes with a nifty grease catcher. Two minor issues are the cord is very short so you are limited on where you can place the grill in relation to an outlet. Second is because it’s a flat surface, splashing and splattering happen easily and often. I would highly recommend this product even with those minor flaws.

Pros:- Cooks evenly and thoroughly (ube mochi pancakes we made didn’t have any uncooked spots inside).- It’s surprisingly super light that it’s something you can bring with you on a trip.- It isolates heat to the unit pretty well, there’s no wasted dissipation of heat.- It feels durable.Con- The temperature control can be confusing since it ranges from 1-5 instead of indicating the actual temp. The manual does have the conversion chart but if you don’t have access to the manual or you lose it, it becomes a guessing game.

I had an ancient ceramic griddle that had been very useful back in its day, but after the nonstick coating wore off it had been relegated to the pre-trash staging area in the garage. With so many of us at home this summer, and being especially fond of French toast and pancakes but not particularly keen on cooking them a few at a time, I decided it was time seek out a replacement. I’d previously purchased a Mueller induction burner (it’s our summer of acquiring small kitchen appliances, apparently) and was impressed with the brand, so when I came across the Mueller griddle in my Amazon feed, I snagged one.Pros: It’s very lightweight as compared to my soon-to-be-disposed-of relic, which means it’s easier to store on top of the fridge (our appliance corral) without worrying about something heavy crashing down when I retrieve it. It’s got a huge cooking surface that can easily handle 8 slices of bread. The cooking surface is very smooth and level so everything cooked evenly. No weird hot spots. It also heated up quickly. The underside didn’t get overly hot so I was able to cook with it on a laminate peninsula counter, thereby being able to watch my guests mess around on their phones while I slaved over breakfast and talked about my cool new griddle. I did use it with butter because, well, butter, so can’t speak to how nonstick it is in the absence of butter.Cons: None. This is one of my favorite new kitchen gizmos. Been whipping up all sorts of breakfasts for the gang.
