At first glance, I was surprised by the size and weight of the pan . I loved the shape and have decided it is one of several I plan to purchase.I baked my version of a red velvet pound cake. The extra batter produced two cakes. They both turned out great.Baking and cleaning up were both great. A quick wipe and wash and done.This pan is now placed proudly in my collection .

I love this pan, and the cake bakes well and comes out easily. It is also easy to clean. I used this for a volcano cake for my grandson's 4th birthday. It turned out wonderful and he loved it.

This is a 5 cup size so it is smaller...It makes a beautiful cake and it was a perfect release (used cooking spray with flour). Was a breeze to clean..as a matter of fact there was very little to clean. It is sturdy, heavier. It is great for a commercial boxed version of cake mix. My favorite brand

I’ve used other molds from this company and they are always of very good quality. This model is smaller so that I need to adjust some of the recipes accordingly. Not a complaint. They do have good designs and quality.
