I purchased this same item from this same vendor in 2019. I am back buying another after 5 years :)No reason to spend a little less to get the non OEM version. The first time I had no heat, this time it was tripping the breaker. I figured it out by unplugging pumps and heaters from the control board until I found what was tripping the fuse. Easy to swap. no leaks, manufacturing is high quality. Comes with everything you need to replace. Shut the valves, unplug wires, loosen mounting nuts, unscrew the ends, swap the gaskets, then reverse to put it back together.

No fault of the product but we had to find a YouTube tutorial to take out old one and put new one back in. It answered a lot of questions. Well made and works perfectly!!

The heater element in my hot stub stopped working. I troubleshooted the issue using YouTube videos, established how to change the heater element. Ordered a replacement heater element from Amazon. I paid extra for an earlier delivery date. The heater element was received in time as promised, I replaced the element in the hot tub and I was back in business quickly with a fully functioning hot tub. :-)

Fixed my heater that quit working. Had power to the old heater assembly when it was running and supposed to be heating. So I figured it had to be the heater. Put the new one in. It came with the 2 needed new gaskets. Works great. Just remember to have the main power off to the tub before you do anything.

The heater came with new gaskets so I did not need to buy the additional gaskets suggested by amazon. The install was pretty strait forward once I figured out how to tighten/ seal the gaskets. Result: no leaks and the spa is now at 104 deg.

This was a very simple and easy replacement part. It was just a simple swap of out with the old and in with the new. Works perfect and the price was very good as well.

Works like new again and I didn’t have to call a repair man. Easy DIY project. THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW! MY NEW REVIEW IS AS FOLLOWS. IT WORKED FOR JUST OVER 6 MONTHS. NOW IT'S BROKE!!! Hopefully the company will stand behind what they sell, because if so, I'll be HAPPY to change my review again. It says it has a one year warranty, I'm just hoping they honor that warranty. Although it's a pain in the rump to redo the work, I won't mind if they send out a new unit that doesn't break after 6months.
