I was excited to get these boots for my son to start breaking in before summer camp. However we both put on our water proof gear, one day after a rain shower and these boots were soaked simply walking through wet grass. If you are simply looking for nice looking boots at a great price point, get them. However, if they need to be water proof, you’ll need to find another brand. Any suggestions out there Amazon community?
