Used these for anchor points for my safety cables on a tow rig, (1/2" ones). Nice and heavy, that said the backing plate is super thin, did not trust them and made new ones out of 1/4" bar stock. Would buy again can't beat the price.

Great - big, thick, strong. Excellent value.Real stainless steel.I took one point off because the cross plate is a little thinner than I'd expect considering the thickness of the bolt. But there's two so you can double them up.

I use this to lock my bike to the dock in a salt water environment. There were rust spots on the "stainless" steel after a week. Thought these were unusually cheap, turns out they were.

these are too big for what i need. i have garden stakes that are 3/8" dia., and i need u-bolts for attaching line to [preferably with g-biners or s-biners] in keeping with a break-downable fan-line trellis design, for my rented garden bed. i might upgrade a couple of the stakes to 1" or so; if not, i'll find a use for these u-bolts some day. they feel like products of high quality craftsmanship.

These were overkill for strap tie downs on my kayak trailer, but they're very high quality. Wide enough to accommodate a 2" webbing strap, if that matters to you. Very pleased!
