I would take “Ube” off the description because it doesn’t taste like ube that I know. The color was nice and it mixes with water fairly, for which I refrained from giving a rating of 2 from being disappointed with flavor.

This is so tasty. When I have a cup of English Breakfast tea I use a little in it that's been mixed with sugar. This is the only application I've used ot in thus far.

I use this to decorate my sourdough loaves. I was hoping the color would be more purple, but it's fuchsia.It's a decent powder to work with. I'm going to make some cookies with it next. It leaves a slight ube taste.
