This pizza pan is perfect for my convection oven. Pizza does not stick. I slide it onto a cutting board to be sure I don't destroy the non-stick coating. Perfect!

I am not a pizza aficionado. I actually don't really even like pizza that much, but it's easy and my family likes it, so we have it a few times a month. Which is why I am spending $10 or so on a pizza pan. I don't do pizza stones or anything fancy. I just want something that is cheap, holds the pizza and is easy to wash. I even cut the pizza right in the pan (sacrilegious, I know), figuring that I'll replace it when it gets too worn anyway.I bought this pan because it fits in my convection oven, was cheap, and can be tossed in the dishwasher. I also thought the copper color was pretty.I've used it a few times, though, and I have to say, it makes the crispiest pizza I've ever made at home. Soggy centers have always been a problem with store-bought pizza, but not with this pan. Whatever it does, it seems to work and create nice crispy pizzas. When I wear this one out, I will plan to replace it with the same pan next time. And maybe, just maybe, I won't cut the pizza in the pan next time... Oh who am I kidding, I totally will.
