Way to small. I could not get it around the rim to put on. I checked the reviews after I opened the package and someone else had the same size problem. So your inventory is screwed up. Just returned and had to go down to local bike store and pick one up.

Good bike rim strip. But was way TOO SMALL. I could not get it around the rim to put on. Had to cut it to put it on. It left a 6"-7" gap where it did not cover cover the rim entirely. Since I cut it, I did not feel as if I should return it. I won't buy this brand again.

As others have noted, these don't have a lot of stretch. But you want a snug fit, and they stretch enough to make installation on a 406mm wheel pretty easy. You just need to pull. There is another, less common, nominal 20" wheel size (451mm), and I doubt seriously that these would work on that size wheel.
