Looks like a floor mat and the arrow holder is so wide it could hold a tree trunk.

If you take your time to accurately place the pad, it will stay in place. Seems like it's made of a durable rubber and although the arrows will drag a bit on the draw, doesn't seem to be wearing much at all like those cheap lousy foam rests. It is also large enough that the adhesive holds in place. I think this is both due to the quality of the adhesive backing and the good amount of surface area that sticks to the riser. If you have a full containment rest, you won't really need this but for a roller rest or non-containment drop away, this is invaluable. I'm going to get another one of these for my fishing setup.
