It has a good print but it's not crazy...but it has helped me when I have to print something for my son's school

It's an okay printer if you want to print stuff a page by Page or drawings or transfer paper for tattooing that works just fine but for anything else you're going to want to use a regular printer and another thing they claim it will last 6 hours of continuous printing I only got 40 minutes out of one battery charge and then it was dead so it didn't last anywhere close to what they claim and it doesn't charge in 2 hours it charges and more like 6 hours so 40 minutes of printing 6 hours of charging by a better printer thermal printers are for on the go!But for what I use it for printing a page here and there it's perfect I just wish the battery life was longer

I don't really like it. I should have gotten a printer that takes regular paper as this paper is weired to me.

This is an interesting and potentially useful concept, lightweight, a proper solution to solve all traditional issues with traditional printing.BUT: I have to print articles and papers, this is a waste of my time for waiting for EVERY page to be dispensed and manually cutting them out and if I’m luck the next page would be printed promptly, if not, I have to start the whole process all over again. The QC/QA departments of this printer, that’s sort of a name-calling here.I will return it for the above deficiencies mentioned and switch back to tradition printers again. I hope someday they can proudly advertise it to be “everything that a laser printer can do, but much smaller and convenient” instead of “a prototype of a great idea, just we’re not there yet.”

It's easy to use, and the print quality is great. You can even print up beautiful black and white pictures, just glue some cardboard to the back of them. But what I'm really impressed with is the company OFFNOVA itself. I had a problem with the printer. So I emailed the company and Jamie from customer service contacted me back fairly quickly. I ended up receiving a new printer and shipped back the broken one at NO cost to me.

The printer came secured, and beautifully packaged. At first i was a bit concerned about using the printer, although, the phone app was easy to download, i could not (with my usual blundering), find, the driver for my windows pc. I then contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly, and personally, (which is extremely unusual, for most products, in the marketplace), and , they got me up and running, in no time. This little printer, is now, the new favorite addition, to my workplace, and travel. highly recommend, it! thanks
