I would give it less than 1 if I could. I cannot connect directly to my computer to print. Printing from my phone is awkward. You have to go to the app and then try to get so.ething from your phone to the app. I have to push the on button several times to get it to turn on. I wish I wasn't past window to return.

The print quality is good but must restart computer to recognize the printer every time. It would be nice to plug the printer in and use it. I cannot. I've tried reloading drivers and various other things. Nothing works other than restarting the computer with the printer on and plugged in. A bit glitchy when in a hurry.Once it is online, it works nicely.

this is printer is nice and compact. Easy to use and take with you. I ordered extra paper rolls. It takes its own paper. The package of four came with one of them missing. Contacted the seller, after a couple back and forth to explain what had happened. They sent two replacement rolls. Very satisfied.

I bought this printer because I was tired of running out of ink Jen I need it. I bought the individual sheets of thermal paper to use with this because I don’t like how the rolled paper comes out curled. But this works great! It only prints black and white but I only need it for bills and kids’ miscellaneous school stuff so it’s perfect. I do have to manually feed in each sheet of paper which is fine, but that means it prints a little crooked sometimes. Again, this isn’t for work or anything so that works for me. Sometimes it doesn’t catch the paper either and I have to try a few times before it does. That’s a little annoying. It’s very small and portable. I use the app on my iPhone phone to print documents and it works great. Overall this is a great little printer and I LOVE that I will never run out of ink!

I am pretty familiar with thermal printing thanks to working with Cricut machines. This little thing is a life saver at work and for craft projects. Seriously, this is seriously such a cool gadget and I have had it since January without any issues. Of course, this is not a work horse printer for printing 100s of pages a day but this is perfect for one-off projects and small craft projects.I do appreciate the fact that there is no ink! But of course the trade-off is a little more expensive paper but hey - it works out in the long run. Plus it really makes you consider if something needs printing lol.Would definitely recommend!
