My cat adopted it as a cuddly bed. He is a big cat so when he curls up and squeezes himself into its confines he feels content. Though it is being used for something other than for its original purpose it's a wonderful buy.

Let me tell you, I've had a lot of storage baskets in my life. Woven ones that shed more than my cat, plastic ones that screamed "bargain bin," even a wicker one that mysteriously attracted dust bunnies like a black hole. But THIS, my friends, is different. This is the Cotton Rope Storage Basket, and it's basically a hug for your clutter.First off, the aesthetics. It's a rectangle, which, bless its rectangular heart, is actually surprisingly versatile. Not too square, not too long – Goldilocks would approve. The 13" x 9.85" x 8.7" dimensions are perfect for… well, everything, really. My socks are thrilled. (They were previously living in a sad, unventilated pile on the floor, leading to several existential crises). The three-color gradient (brown, beige, and white) is subtle but chic. It's like a minimalist sunset for your junk.And the handles! Oh, the handles. Made of the same delightful cotton rope, they're sturdy enough to lug this baby around without fear of it disintegrating into a fluffy mess (I tested this – I’m a dedicated reviewer). No more strained backs reaching for that elusive remote control hidden at the bottom of a bottomless abyss (a.k.a. a previous storage solution).Handmade, it says? Yep, I can feel the love (and possibly a little bit of elbow grease) in every carefully woven strand. It’s like a cozy little artisan hug for your knick-knacks. It even smells faintly of… well, I’m not sure, but it's pleasant, like a grandma’s attic that only holds good things.The only downside? I may have developed an unhealthy attachment to this basket. I’ve often found myself just sitting there, stroking its soft rope sides, contemplating the meaning of life… or, at least, where I should put the extra rolls of toilet paper.In conclusion: If you're looking for a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and surprisingly therapeutic storage solution, look no further. This Cotton Rope Storage Basket is a five-star masterpiece, and I might buy another one just to have a friend. Five stars! (And maybe a therapist, because my basket-related obsession may be getting out of hand).

This basket is well made & looks great.Perfect for what I needed it for.Does clutter create chaos in your brain?It does mine! Baskets are perfect to provide smaller items a home. My daughter had a baby. This one in particular, keeps my 4month old grandsons little toys in one spot….instead of scattered amongst the house.
