I bought 3 of these july24. Bulbs blew in dec. I've tried reordering bulbs 3 times now and they always send the wrong size bulbs. For how expensive these units are not being able to replace the bulbs is frustrating. Will work for 6 months but after that it's just a paper weight.

I bought two of these and then later purchased another. I bought them in July and started using them in September. I noticed today that one of them has burned out. It's still September. That's four weeks at most.A few weeks after writing this review the company offered me a full refund and a free replacement bulb. Time will tell as to how long the bulbs last but the customer service is excellent and that is as important to me as the quality of the product.

This is one of the best UVB tubes I’ve ever owned. It covers 3/4 of my 36x18x24 tank. My bearded dragon loves it. He’s super active and healthy! UVB is so essential for these guys throughout their lives so they don’t get metabolic bone disease. I will be purchasing from this company in the future!

Bought this for my wee little bearded dragon and it seems to be working great so far. I was worried about the bulb itself because I've heard offbrands like this doesn't always emit UVB like they claim to. The bulb that came w/ the hood does appear to do so. My husband checked to see if it would charge his solar charder and it seemed to do so, I also bought some of those UV testing cards and it does react to this light. I don't have a fancy tester or anything, though. I'm glad it came with everything needed to hang it inside the enclosure as my enclosure has a thicker, black screen on top & I've heard those can suck up UVB if the lamp sits on top. Everything arrive intact and together👍 I'm just worried about my power bill now🤦♀️

easy to use but only lasted ~3 months before the bulb burned out and the lamp stopped working. used everyday for about 8 hours a day.
