They are sticking beautifully after about 4 months now. No issues. No residue on the wood step either. We used a cardboard template to help place them all equally in the center and they have stayed put. We ordered them because the dog kept slipping down the wooden steps. She hasn’t fallen since we installed these.

I'm giving these a one-star review based on their function performance. They absolutely 100% do not stick they do not stay in place and they slip. The pattern is nice they fit the stairs nice as far as size. But they're a danger since they do not stick and stay in place. Do not buy unless you're planning to have to use a secondary adhesive to keep them in place.

They often shift and need to be recentered on the step, look good when lined up though.

I ordered these for my dog who is very nervous on hardwood stairs. There were no reviews of this pattern but I liked the photos in the listing and they look nice in real life. They were a great, affordable option for protecting the hardwood and hopefully my dog will overcome her fear of the stairs now. They are nice and grippy on the back, they do not slide and I do not see how they could possibly damage the hardwood. Very happy!!

For the price, these are a pretty good deal. Just got them, but they look nice and are doing as advertised. I was not a fan of the flimsy plastic you have to peel off before installing, it did not tear off clean. Took a while and the plastic stuck to my hands. Still worth the slight frustration. Would recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly, decent looking stair tread. The dogs like it too and helping keep my family safe on the stairs.

Ordered these in green but they have 0 amount of green in them and know this to be true for another order and the corners do not lay flat.
