The quality of materials is not as good as my last one. The wheels wobble and don’t attach right. The shining cover over the wheel base is a flimsy plastic piece. I’m so unhappy with this purchase.

I was looking for a chair to go with my desk and I’m glad I found this chair because it’s a great buy! It’s comfortable enough to sit in all day if you are working from home. The wheels are pretty responsive and roll perfectly on my floor with no scratch. It even has this footrest you can put your foot on to alleviate the pins and needles you might get from sitting too long! 5/5

Updated 2/19/2023: product returned, seller issued full refund, did not charge shipping due to errors on their part (no hardware in box, broken piece). Was still overall a larger hassle than I'd want to deal with, back and forth, send pictures, etc. This is probably a quality chair but the base, which arrives in pieces rather than welded so you have to tighten multiple screws for each leg, seems cheap. Updated to 3 stars, which is what I would have given it anyway b/c of the base.Original review:Return policy is serious pain. NOT shipped by Amazon so forget easy returns. They provide a NON-postage-paid label (address only) and YOU have to pay $$ to return this heavy object.Shipped without any screws which I didn't realize until I had everything out of the box. I presume packers forgot to include the hardware package. Good luck remembering how to fit everything back in the box.The base legs need to be individually assembled/screwed in. Had i known that this would have been a hard pass. Chromed base cover is VERY thin and very cheap plastic, arrived cracked.And now *I* have to pay THEM to ship this defective junk back.To be fair: while certainly not a premium grade the chair DOES look fairly nice (from what I could see unassembled). Setting your expectations low and not minding the headaches above (buying your own base might be a good idea) or having to go into your pocket to ship it back if something isn't right, well, maybe this will work for somebody. But too many strikes for me and paying to send it back is a serious "X". Will not do business with this vendor.

Assembly wasn't bad at all, I had my son do it. Large adjustable seat. Very well made, very sturdy. Whisper quiet operation. I bought this in black also.

I bought this drafting chair in late Feb. The assemble was pretty easy. It didn't take me long to put it together. However, the gas lift didn't work well after the first week in use. After I'd explained to the seller of the issue, they agreed that the gas lift was the issue. Without any hesitation, they shipped me a replacement immediately. Very good service.
