I've had this chair for 2 years now. It is super comfortable and it sits nice and high, perfect for my bar-height desk. No problems with the hydraulic thing or anything else. I love the fabric seat cushion. Oh, I forgot, I never put the arms on it. I wanted one without arms and when I was shopping for this, it looked like it wouldn't affect the integrity of the chair if I left them off, and I was right! It's a great chair and so worth the cost.

Solid and comfortable, works great at all the heights I can adjust my desk. I like to stand most of the time, but some days I have to spend more time in front of the computer. This chair is really comfortable, even when it gets super hot in my shop during the summer.

This chair came in a timely manner. It is well built, exact to information on website. It is easy to assemble. Everything fits together well and has fantastic comfort, a great low sitting height and should work very well as an appropriate height for a drafting table as well. I cannot hardly believe how the parts fit together so well. I will have to glue the little rubber caps in as they were too loose to fit in holes. But they are superficial anyhow. The durability of parts and comfort of chair makes this a sure purchase for anyone looking for a good product.

The seat cushion is great and a huge reason why I picked this chair, but the back.... IT IS AWFUL. HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR SO YOU DONT BUY THIS CHAIR UNAWARE. That "support pillow" - It's just a piece of foam that obviously has no curve to it. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. You can try putting it behind between the mesh and the part that connects to the seat, but it does nothing. Don't even try to put it between your back and the mesh. If you try to sit all the way back in the seat, it starts out ok, but the higher up the back you go, it doesn't angle back enough so the mesh ends up pushing your shoulder blades forward. I currently have to use a small pillow at the base of the seat as a basic lumbar support and push me out far enough on the seat to have my lower back supported without pushing my chest forward. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.

I looked at just about every drafting chair that Amazon offers at least ten times each. I was replacing a high-quality drafting chair I have been using every day for sixteen years, so it had to be right. Firstly, the seat itself is very large: 21" x 20" and thick and comfortable. The spread on the armrests is almost 21", so very roomy and nicely padded. The back is mesh and very nice. But the best is the lumbar pillow. This chair helps you to sit properly; when you slide your lower back against the lumbar support you will sit up straight. The chair raises and lowers nicely, and the lock for the back is very solid. My only negative is that the footrest ring is really high - I will try to take it off and flip it over and see if that helps. But since the only negative does not affect the function of the chair itself, It's pretty inconsequential. This is a very comfortable and well-built chair and I'm hoping that it will last another sixteen years.

I got the stool shortly after having neck surgery and wanted a really good support for my bench work. I'm a bigger guy in this is certainly a bigger stool than I've ever had and very sturdy...... This unit is larger than most tools you buy at office Depot but My wife assembled it for me and moved it in pieces downstairs.... Great range of lift for bench work and built like a truck . ....so I couldn't have been happier with this purchase.........

Absolutely love this chair. Keep in mind that it is a draft chair and doesn’t go all the way to the floor. Great for standing desks. This thing is SOLID! I have been completely happy and comfortable with the make of the chair and the cost. It is very sturdy and has a lumbar pillow you can remove if it’s too supportive. You will not be unhappy with this purchase.
