Good blades, actually easy to replace without the $90 tool, with a good quality Crescent wrench and small vise grips or second small Crescent wrench to keep one end on the pin while you are retracting the other end.

Be careful with this one. We run a bakery and have gotten so used to the old knife that we keep cutting ourselves with this one; it's that sharp. Great knife!
