This works perfectly for our cat who would eat and eat and eat all day if we let her! Easy to program with lots of versatility in the options. There is no indicator when you're running low on food in the hopper so do keep an eye on that, but otherwise, it works like a charm. We also really love that the bowl is stainless steel so easy to clean and doesn't give her cat acne like plastic would do.And it's super funny to see her go running toward it when the food hits the metal bowl!

So it's just me and my dog at home and I work 7 hours a day, which means my poor puppy wouldn't normally eat unless I'm there. With this automatic feeder, he's able to get a little snacky snack during the day without me which keeps him happy, occupied, and gives him something to look forward to each day. The lock that keeps the top portion connected to the blue bottom on mine did break (but I have to admit, I think it was my fault). Either way, it's held together with some tape and still working like new. I also have it scheduled to feed him breakfast and dinner at the same time everyday, which helps keep him on a healthy routine. It's wonderful and ensures that I never lose track of time or feed my cute little puppy too late. I also love the blue because it matches my home decor perfectly! I would buy this over and over and over again.

I have been having issues with my cat waking me up at all hours of the night because he simply just wants to eat all the time. I was feeding him his food twice a day at the time; since buying this I set it to distribute his food 4 times throughout the day/night. It took him about 2 weeks to fully adjust but now he rarely wakes me up for food, he waits by the feeder around feeding time instead. I found it fairly easy to program and it has not had any issues with clogging or malfunctioning. I highly recommend this product.My cat currently eats a prescription diet food called Royal Canin - Fiber Response. For this specific food 4 portions = 1/4 cup. So I have it set to give him 2 portions, 4 times a day so he will have eaten a total of 1/2 cup in a 24 hr period.I strongly encourage people to let it run a couple times at first, just manually let it dispense, before leaving it to feed your cat. Measure how much the portions are with your specific cat food. As different foods will probably need to have different portion sizes to equal the amount you want. I just kept dispensing 1 portion at a time manually, until I filled up 1/4 cup.The instruction manual will say 3 portions = 1/4 cup for most kibbles, but please measure it yourself as this was not accurate for my cat's specific kibble size.

This is great pet feeder that is easy to setup, maintain and clean. We use our pet feeder with our small dog and it works perfectly with his dry dog food. Customer service is great as well! They were very responsive and helpful with a question that I had.

Thought this would be great to help get my cat on a feeding schedule and so far it’s been great! Have had it for a week and it works great! I went for this one since all the WiFi feeders seem to have problems disconnecting to the wifi and therefore doesn’t feed the cat. This one being on a timer seems like a better option and was pretty easy to set up by following the instructions! I even set up a voice memo that turns on when food is dispenses. Took a little bit to test out what size of serving we should dispense for my cat but after that it’s been great! Can set up to 6 meals and each meal you can adjust how much comes out. My cat was also chosen as the animal of the month and received an extra toy so that was very cool and helped ensure that the brand really does care about animals. Overall it works great and would recommend it!

The only thing I didn't like was you can't set am or pm, it goes into 24 hr clock. It's really great you can adjust the amount of food that comes out. I purchased this, I didn't get it free like many others. I got it because we took in a kitten and my cat got very fat from stress eating. So I needed something that could give out a certain amount of food at a time. This is perfect. If you're looking for a good product this is it. One really great thing is it comes with a plug plus has battery backup. The packaging was so nice. The free hanging cat toy is well used. The bowl size is very nice and the fact it's stainless steel makes cleaning a breeze. I'm very happy with this purchase. Since I purchased this we rescued another kitten.
