The filter and motor serve their purpose well in transferring water. The fit is hit and miss, I've had to use tape on the hose fitting to get it to stay in place. It seems if the bowl runs out of water, there's a small chance the motor will no longer work at all, and I've had to replace it three times now. Occasionally, plugging it back in from cleaning I will need to insert the usb multiple times to get the water to flow.

The pump that came with the unit lasted one year and a half. It started to run half the walk through the unit, but it did the job. So I bought a second unit and it works great my cats like it.

We used it with the product in the picture (the reference is in the picture), we had tu cut a little piece for the tube to fit but it works, just make sure the connector to the sensor is USB

The material is cheep. Poor performance. It will fall apart very quickly. I had it on the floor and tripped over it and the cord snapped. Cheap cheap material. I can return it because it tore

It didn’t fit the 7 lt fountain that I bought it for. It was too small. I wrapped plumbers tape around it till it fit and now the motor works very well. Not sure if it was defective or I was sent the wrong size.

This is one of the easiest to clean water pumps I've ever had. I clean mine weekly - simply break it down - remove the fan and the housing, use a pipe cleaner - and it keeps on running well.
