I bought this about a year ago. We go camping a lot! Other than walking my dog while camping and maybe some swimming, it's hard to get a good upper body workout. And this power tower fits the bill perfectly. Packs down nicely, it sets up quickly and very sturdy. Great price to!

I’ve been using the Power Tower Pull-Up Bar Station for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my home workouts. The setup was straightforward, and the frame feels sturdy during pull-ups, dips, and other exercises. It’s easy to move and store, so when I need extra space, I can tuck it away without much effort. The design makes it simple to use, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. The grips are comfortable, and the overall stability is impressive for a home unit. If you’re looking for a convenient, space-saving way to train at home, this is the one.

Happy with this power tower we bought for our son. Like how it’s adjustable and even our 11 year old can use it. Seems sturdy. Convenient to fold up and store when not using.

I've never owned any piece of fitness equipment except a bench and some dumbbells, but figured I could use something that could help me with building my back better. It's not very heavy and can be folded up and stored, which is handy if your floor space is limited. Besides pullups, there are attachments to allow for exercises like chin-ups, dips, knee raises, and pushups. The back pad is sturdy and helps with stability and the arm rests seem pretty solid when doing leg raises. The setup is pretty intuitive, but you'll probably want to double check everything so all the spring clips are in place and everything is tight. The only minor downside is that it is light, so it doesn't take a lot of force to shift it around. You might want to put some dumbbells or plates on the bottom to hold it steady if that is an issue for you. I recommend it for beginners and those who live in small spaces or apartments. If you want something that is very sturdy, you'll need to pay a bit more. Great value for its money.

Surprisingly sturdy for a foldable tower that tucks away nicely when not in use. Easily assembled and easy to fold up.Dip bars are solid, cushions for crunches are good.I wish the pull up bar handles stuck out a bit further as my stomach touches the back piece at times, and wider bar for wide pull ups would have made it a 5/5

We needed a portable system that could be easily moved to different testing locations for different athlete groups. We purchased this system and another pull-up device from Amazon. Both were delivered quickly and as advertised. We tried this system right away with one of our athletes who found it to be somewhat unstable. Our athlete also found that it rubbed in the lower midsection too much to make it feasible to do the full number of pull-ups comfortably. We opted to do the majority of our testing with the other system (that was less portable but more stable). We used this system as a warm-up station. Most athletes complained about the mid-section issue identified above. The build quality was good. The system is somewhat heavy to move around, but that is to be expected for a pull-up device. Overall the ability to transport the system was a bonus as we had to assemble and disassemble the other system.

Note: Be extremely careful and safe when using this machine.  Follow the instructions and triple check that everything is secured.  Last thing you want is the telescopic frame folding on you or the entire apparatus falling over while you're using it.I'm trying to get in better shape and chin ups are one of the basic, fundamental exercises. Most people cannot do even 1 yet is vital for personal fitness and well-being just like the push-up.A standard pull up bar is cheap and secured but I live in a condo and am not allowed to drill into walls.  I first started with a pull up bar that affixes on the door frame.  I started to make progress but after a couple weeks I noticed that the top of the door frame was starting to tear.  I immediately ceased using the bar and promptly got rid of it.I scoured Amazon and came across many different products.  I needed something that I could fold after use as I am quite limited in space but also economically justified.  After careful research, I came across the Onetwofit Power Pull Up Bar Station.  It was one of a kind.  It looked sturdy and is compact once folded.  For the price and its function it can't be beat and at the time of writing comes with a coupon which drastically lowers the price. The dimensions of the box is approximately 51x9x13 and, according to Amazon product page, weighs about 50-60 lbs give or take. It didn't feel that heavy to me but it could be just me. Definitely get assistance when lifting the box if this is heavy/too tall for you.  The contents were very compact and secured with no room for movement. At its lowest I measured 49" (4 feet) and fully extended to max height I measured 86.5" (7'2").  When folded completely the base is 9x10.   This is really compact and you could fit this in the trunk or back seat of many sedans.  I store it under my TV but you can put it almost anywhere. The product is advertised as being able to hold up to 400 lbs.  I'm 250 lbs and it never shook nor moved while using it.  I didn't hear any creaking neither.  The angled, H shaped base provides great stability to the frame and prevents the frame from tipping sideways when used properly.  DO NOT USE any pull-up assistance cords/ropes or any other contraptions; you will fall and get injured.Be sure to triple check that all quick release handles are locked properly as well as the guide pins, reset pins, adjustment knobs and torx knobs are secured.  Failing to verify that the frame and rod is secured can lead to great injury.I did have an issue that I contacted Onetwofit customer service and it was quickly and professionally resolved.  If you ever have a issue with their product, contact them first.  They are prompt and eager to help solve your issues. The instructions are pretty self explanatory.  However, there is room for confusion in several steps that it took me some time to figure out, partly due to me just staring at the pictures.1. The quick-release handle may not lock and have tension as it should.  This is due to the screw of the handle itself not screwed in to the appropriate depth.  All you need to do is rotate the quick release have (remember its actually a long screw) to the right (Lefty loosey, Rightey tighty) to reduce the length of the screw and allow the quick-release to lock.  Don't reduce the length too much for if this happens there will be too much tension that you won't be able to lock it (or cause damage to the washers).  I have a feeling that during shipment it may have gotten loose.Refer to attached pictures in this review.2. In Step 3 and 4 on the instruction manual, put on the protective cloth WHILE the main frame is still loose.  Do not lock the main frame and try to put the cloth on; there will be far too much tension and you can injure yourself. 3. In Step 6, arm rests come with stickers on to tell you which is left and which is right.  Match that with the sticker on the main frame.  When putting the arm rests on, you need to angle it upwards to get it in the hole on the main frame.4. In Step 8, you can disregard the portion in the picture where the telescopic tube is 5 positions up in order to store.  This would make folding it  pointless. The telescopic tube can be all the way down as it was when shipped.  You just need to angle the upper support rob (pull up bar) around the folding tube.Refer to attached pictures in this review.5. In Step 8, the arm rests go on the opposite side when storing. All being said I have a couple suggestions if they improve the design of the pull up station.1. Redesign the quick release handle (or at least in the manual mention that it needs to screwed in to a certain depth).  I spent a good couple minutes wondering why there was no tension.2. When folded, the unit should lock so it doesn't open up while transporting it by accident.  Could perhaps put a locking mechanism at the base where it folds as this is where the movement is happening.  Also the folding tube at the top could have another position on the reset pin where it locks as well when folded.3. Extend the upper rod a bit more so we can docwide grip pull ups4. Extend the length the arm rest so those of us with big hands can do dips easier.  My hands barely fit and felt too tight and constrained while doing dips.Hope this review helped in making your decision to see if it is right for you.

Overall this pull-up bar is convenient, well-built, and sturdy enough for basic pull-ups or other calisthenic exercises. It folds up to a convenient size and will fit under a bed or in a closet. It was easy to put together and well-priced. As most reviews have cited, if you are looking for a convenient pull-up bar, at a good price, this is definitely one of the better options. My only two issues are:1) there is no way to do neutral grip pull-ups, as the space between does not allow hands to fit (which may seem deceiving from the pictures on the product page. ) I like to do neutral grip pullups as it works different parts of the back and arms than under or overhand grip pullups. While not a game changer for me, I wish I would have taken it more into consideration before purchasing.2) There seems to be a design flaw in the way the bar is held. Instead of having a support on the bottom, the support guide is on the top, leaving just the turn screw to support the bar and the person's weight - you can see it in the picture I posted. I could see this giving out sooner than later and curious why they would not put the support on the bottom to add one extra level of strength, security, and safety.Overall, not a bad piece of equipment for your home gym.

I have heard a lot, lately, about the health benefits of “hanging”. I could have installed something above a bedroom doorway but wanted something more substantial. I looked all around my garage and basement for someplace to rig up a pull-up bar. I could have rigged something to a basement beam but somehow it did not feel right adding more weight to a beam that is holding up my house. I decided on the Power Tower Pull Up Bar Station because it is self-standing as well as foldable and compact if you need to move or store it. I have plenty of room in my basement so I leave it up permanently. It was easy to assemble and really get the job done. It is also easy to adjust if a person of another height wants to use it. A real bonus is the “arms” that allow you to do leg lifts for a great abdominal workout. I think the product is a good design, well built and easy to assemble and use. I recommend.
