It was a great idea to use nylon inserts to avoid rattle. However, I'm mystified as to why the designers would bother with this anti-rattle approach in some spots if they still allow for the adjustment rod to rattle around in the top post, and for the leg bars to rattle around their rivets. It's a pretty "loud" throne, even though it's light and comfortable.

This was a terrible purchase - It came to me with a missing part AND I managed to break the seat in a matter of weeks (3, actually!). Poorly made and that's all I have to say.

Good product, unfortunately a little big for our 5 and 6 year old grandsons. Should have sought out a junior one. BUT i drilled an extra hole and they will be able to grow into it.
