great little device. brings that nostalgia back for me. Great to use as cut footage for other videos. The night vision mode was a great addition that I use much more than I thought I would. I wouldn't personally use it for real projects, but works amazingly well for the home videos.

This camcorder has pretty decent picture quality and the sound picks upnicely as well. There is an option to take pictures. The strap is adjustable, which is a nice touch.It comes with two separate batteries and a carrying case so it’s perfect for traveling!

I got this as a gift for my daughter who just wanted something basic for taking videos. And this is basic, which is to be expected for the price. There aren't many bells and whistles, but that's okay. I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I don't know how much my daughter will actually use this.It doesn't come with a battery charger/adapter, just a USB cord to connect to a computer for charging. It comes with 2 batteries, but that's not really helpful, since I can't charge the spare battery on it's own. It also comes with an SD card which is nice to have so you can get started using the camcorder right away. Overall it's a handy little camcorder for the price.

I was traveling on vacation and thought having a small camcorder would be a great way to record the trip instead of my phone. I was surprised how cheaply made it feels in your hands. I was also surprised there was no mic as I was hoping to load the vacation videos onto my digital music frame but found this to be challenging as I had to load them into my computer first. The battery life was ok but it was a large inconvenience that I had to supply my own charger and wait for the camcorder to charge which took a while. The picture quality was no better than what I get on my phone. I would think this inexpensive camcorder would be great for someone starting out to learn how to make videos and also have fun recording with the infrared night recording. This is a nice feature of the camcorder than I did like

This is a nice, simple, straightforward camera. Which is perfect for what I'm using it for. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles, but the picture is great and it hooks up to my computer easily.

So I have another Ordro camera that I bought last year in the 4k version. Let's start off with the good...Nice compact design.Has a 1/4 mic jack and cold shoe mount in front for your mic. (not included)It shoots like most camcorders and has the same functionality.Has a mount on it that you can put it on a tripod or mount it many other ways.It shoots ok video. Your phone probably shoots better video but this does the job.Includes a small memory card to get you going.Price.The bad...Not 4k or better video.Feels cheaply made in your hands.No mic included.No battery charger included. Only way to charge this is USB from the computer or from the included USB wall jack. This means you can't charge one battery while using the other shooting.To summarize this it's a cheap lower end camera that would be good for entry level video camera. This could be used for the aspiring YouTuber to do vlogs or just record trips for the family. For this price you get what you pay for. This price point is pretty good value for what you get, hence the 3 stars.
