The switch was a perfect fit for my model seven vacuum. I tried local vacuum dealers and they will not sell you electronic parts they want you to send it in so they can charge for the repair . Im glad I was able to find this on Amazon!!!

It was pretty easy to unscrew and swap out the original (failing) switch for this identical replacement.
