Bought as a present for my wife. Seems to run exact. No room for layers, but then that would defeat the purpose of heaters. She really enjoys the feel, comfort and warmth. This is not a Sub-zero, survival coat, but it is very nice for what it does. The battery does take some time to charge.

It kept me warm enough during a cold windy winter day in D.C. For me the downside to this are: the jacket material, it’s thin, the sides are even thinner, it doesn’t keep the wind out. I’m not sure what the thought process for how thin the jacket materials are but for me it’s not worth the price as I still layered my clothing to keep warm. I think I was expecting to be able to just wear light clothing while wearing the jacket.I like the pockets keep my hands warm and it gives out heat. I like that it turns off automatically to prevent the battery over heating. I don’t remember the hours but i used it a full day and it lasted. The fit was good. So far the zipper worked well.

Bought this jacket for my girlfriend a few weeks ago and the battery won't hold a charge. The jacket only works for maybe an hour on low. Extremely disappointing because it thought this was a quality brand based on a friend's personal recommendation.

My husband gave this to me as a gift! I am always cold and this jacket makes cold weather more enjoyable. If it is below 74, then I'm cold. If you are questioning buying this, just get it! You will love it!

This was a replacement for my previous heated jacket and I love! It’s nice and soft, not super heavy at all, and heats up quickly! It definitely runs big, so if you don’t plan to layer underneath, I’d suggest sizing down. I usually get a medium, but went with the large so I can wear a sweater or hoodie under it. I wish the pocket for the battery was in a different location, but overall, this jacket is totally worth it!

My husband bought me a different heated jacket that didn't work out so I returned and got this one instead and it's so much better. The heat zones are placed in the best spots for warmth. I especially appreciate the low front heat zones because they keep your hands warm in the pockets. Having the neck heat zone is great too and might work best if you're wearing a hoodie so it's not next to bare skin. The battery is small and located in a spot that is un-noticeable while wearing it. I thought I would feel it on my back but it's just far enough off to the side that you don't feel it. The heat levels are clear and easy to switch back and forth with different lights for each level. Some people might not appreciate the light not having an option to switch off but I didn't mind that. If anything, it opens up conversations about what a great heated jacket it is. The size is perfect, I bought my usual size and it's roomy. Best of all I think it's a stylish jacket that I don't mind wearing even if I don't need the heat on.

My wife is always cold (even in Florida) and this jacket is perfect. We first bought the vest from Ororo, and it worked very well. Then decided to get the jacket with the long sleeves and it works fine. It's very stylish on her and comfortable. All good features. The battery lasts long and you can check the charge status easily with the four bar lights on the battery. Love the jacket.
