Three days ago I injured my plantar fascia while hiking. I've tried icing, medicine and inserts with orthopedic shoes, then I came across these socks. Within hours, I could walk with minimal pain. These truly work for plantar fasciiates. I bought a 2nd pair because as soon as it heals, I'm going to go hiking with them on.

I really like the compression in this low sock to wear with my golf shoes. The medium fit my 9.5 size foot perfectly.

This is my second pair. The first purchased may be two years ago. Love these socks. They stop the pain and I can wear with my shoes for extra support. They help me to walk barefoot around the house with no pain.Was unhappy that they are the same price on Amazon as in the store.
